Registration
Your Registration for the Software Engineering 2025 Conference
Registration is done through an external system. You can choose between two different types of registration:
- Regular Registration
- Registration for KIT Employees (accessible only internally via KIT account)
Price Overview
- Early Bird Deadline is 31 January 2025.
- Discounted prices apply for members of GI, SI, or OCG.
- All tickets include refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch on the respective days.
- The University Professors’ Meeting on Tuesday is included for university professors when registering for the workshop days (Mon+Tue or the whole week).
- Participation in the SE Main Conference includes a ticket for the reception on Wednesday evening and the conference dinner on Thursday evening. – Additional tickets for accompanying adult persons (140€) can be requested at se2025@lists.kit.edu. If you consider to bring children older than 3 years, please also contact se2025@lists.kit.edu.

- Free participation for students is possible within the framework of the Student Volunteer Program.

Registration Conditions
- Registration for the SE25 conference is binding.
- Cancellations or rebookings made in writing at least 21 calendar days before the event will result in a full waiver of the invoice amount.
- Participation is only guaranteed after full payment of the registration fee.
- If participation is canceled 20 or fewer calendar days before the event or if the participant does not attend the event, the full participation fee will be due. In individual cases, hardship arrangements can be made. These are decided by the respective contact person at KIT.
- Program changes are not excluded.
- Payments will be refunded in the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by the organizer. In this case, the organizer is not liable for any further claims by the client.
